Amenities
Each of our suites comes with access to 2 public restrooms. An elevator for personal and client use. A break area with additional storage, a full-sized fridge, a microwave and utility sink. As well as 2 sinks for use in the common spaces. Each suite comes with internet access, a built in heater, and 24/7 access to the building.
Common Area
The common area of The Artifact has a seating area and features promotion from our small businesses within as well as local art from the Tacoma area. We hold events and creative classes in this space, and as a tenant you are welcome to use the space for your own event. We encourage it! Make the most of this creative space, and build your community with The Artifact.
Partnering
At The Artifact our main goal is to help you as a small business succeed. We share the work and content of our tenants on our IG, add you to the team on our website, and are excited to be rolling out emails for those interested in our events and to promote our service tenants.
